Full Service Planning
This package is for the bride who lacks the time, wants to pamper herself, or is simply overwhelmed by the research, details and decision-making that go into planning a wedding.  Some of our comprehensive services include budget development & tracking, vendor recommendations and negotiations, securement of ceremony and reception locations, guest accommodations, reception design and decoration, tracking of guest list, seating assignments, set-up of ceremony & reception locations, detailed itineraries for vendors and members of the wedding party, rehearsal & wedding day coordination, cueing of reception events, and one hour of tear-down.  There is always a Wedding Planner plus one assistant so that you always have someone at your beck and call on your wedding day.  After all, it's your once-in-a-lifetime day!

Month-of Wedding Planning

This package is for the bride who has completed much of the planning herself, but finds that she needs some assistance with last-minute details.  Our services include assistance with last-minute planning & details, ceremony & reception diagrams and seating charts, vendor confirmations, detailed itineraries for vendors and members of the wedding party, rehearsal & wedding day coordination, set-up and one hour of tear-down.  Again, the Wedding Planner and one assistant are always included!

Rehearsal & Wedding Day Coordination

This package is for the bride who has completed all of the planning details herself and is now ready to hand over the responsibilities to a professional so she can enjoy her wedding free of all stress!  Our services include vendor confirmations, detailed itineraries for vendors and members of the wedding party, rehearsal & wedding day coordination, set-up and one hour of tear-down.  Includes Wedding Planner plus one assistant.

                                                    

 

 

 

***Weddings with a total guest count exceeding 300, or with a wedding budget exceeding $40,000, present unique challenges and often require additional services.  Additional fees will apply.
